👋 Hola! I'm Alexandra Denisova. IRL everyone calls me either Alex or Sasha (that's my short name in Russian, and I know it's weird 😄).

I'm a Product & Growth advisor and interim Head of Product & Growth for B2B SaaS mid/late-stage startups, where I help them become product-led and turn their product org into a profit center.

I also coach product leaders who are new to leading growth strategy and teams.

Before that, I led product and growth at GotPhoto and UXCam, and even before that I did Growth, Core, and Platform PM work. Been there, done that!

• I consider wisdom to be the only meaningful human capital, and it can’t be bought. I always optimize for learning.

• By Love I mean togetherness, unity, and acceptance. Things happen as they are, and fighting them is not just futile — it kinda doesn't make sense.
  

🕵️‍♀️ I’m an Investigator

No, really, my Enneagram personality type is Investigator (#5) 😄

I get high on thinking about how things work, finding underlying principles and connecting the unconnectable😀. I can’t do something if I don’t understand why it’s supposed to work. I’ll spend 55 minutes on the problem — and just 5 on the solution.

Sometimes it’s really cool, but sometimes this mind setup clashes with the startup environment and social media that often value the action-first mindset.

👀 The Zen Part

Spirituality is a big part of my life.

I’m not a master meditator and don’t think it’s about sitting in padmasana for hours. To me, spirituality is about relentless investigation, deep understanding, and extreme mental sobriety. No woo-woo, no rolling eyes in ecstasy, no sitting in caves — it’s about this very life you’re living right now.

My dream is to write a meta-analysis of all religious philosophies to show that they’re all about the same thing. A map for seekers. Because I know first-hand how confusing all these words can be. That’s my plan for retirement 😄

Until then… I’m happy to talk and share! If you struggle to reconcile your job with your thirst for the Truth — know that it doesn’t have to be an excruciating choice. Let’s talk spiritual awakening without BS.
